The BDIA Dental Showcase is one of the UK’s leading dental industry events, drawing thousands of professionals to Excel London for three days of exhibitions, education and live demonstrations.
For 2026, MA Exhibitions partnered with Content AV to elevate their visitor experience through cutting‑edge staging, immersive visuals and powerful audio solutions—all delivered under a demanding two‑day build schedule.
Our team rose to the challenge, deploying large‑scale LED installations, five digital theatres, sustainable set wraps and seamless show‑floor support for exhibitors throughout the hall.
Our Delivery
1. Five Fully Equipped Digital Theatres
We designed and delivered five complete digital theatres, each engineered for clarity, comfort and reliable performance.
These theatres featured:

D&B Audiotechnik speaker systems
Shure Axient Digital microphones
Clean, modern BeMatrix sustainable set wraps

2. A Spectacular Hanging Main Stage
One of the visual highlights of the show was the stunning 5m x 4m suspended LED wall, designed to draw attention from all across the exhibition hall to the BDIA Main Stage
This large-format digital centrepiece delivered:
Crystal‑clear video playback
High refresh rates for smooth motion
Fully custom content integration
A striking visual focal point for visitors
Its scale and height made it one of the most photographed features of the event.
3. Sustainable BeMatrix Set Wraps
Sustainability was a key priority for MA Exhibitions. We utilised BeMatrix eco‑friendly frames and wraps across the theatres—helping reduce waste while delivering a clean, professional visual identity. These modular systems allowed rapid installation during the tight build window and kept the event’s carbon footprint lower than traditional set builds.
4. Digital LED Skirt
Adding a premium touch to the main stage area, our LED stage skirt provided dynamic branding, session information and visual effects. This feature tied the theatres together with a modern, polished aesthetic guests immediately noticed.
