Blackmagic Design Micro Converter BiDirectional SDI/HDMI 3G
The Blackmagic Micro Converters are the worlds smallest bidirectional broadcast quality converters. They can convert SDI to HDMI and HDMI to SDI, even in different formats. The converters also support camera control protocol conversion, allowing the use of Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras with professional SDI live production switchers. The converters are powered by USB Type-C and feature reclocking technology. They include a 100 to 240V AC power supply with international socket adapters.
The Blackmagic Micro Converters are designed for professional monitoring and feature a 17 point 3D LUT for color calibration. They support DCI formats and film rates up to 1080p60. The converters are small enough to be used anywhere and are perfect for converting HDMI outputs to high-end SDI equipment. They also have a USB connection for power and settings, and can be updated to new standards in the future. The converters have a high-quality signal processing and deep bit depth video pipeline, and support both 8 and 10-bit video formats. They also have embedded audio and timecode support. The free converter utility allows for easy changing of settings and updating of the converter software, and the 3G model includes a 3D LUT for color accurate monitoring on any type of display.
